Rachel sat in the main courtyard files lay all around her as she read each one carfully , she sighed as she looked around , "why am i doing this" she asked herself "for my father?"

Josh chuckled, sitting next to her and leaning his head against the wall behind him. "I'll wait with you."

Rachel smiled resting her head on his shoulder , after a few more minuets Rachel stood up stiffly "oww i am so stiff" she smiled looking at Josh "your fault" she said jokily as she stood she caught sight of the scar on her back and her smile faded

Josh stood up, chuckling. He was a bit sore too. "What is it?" he asked her, when she got serious.

Rachel shook her head "memories, bad ones" she said turning so he could see the scar

Josh looked at it. "Will it ever come off?" he asked her, looking at it.

Rachel sighed "no" she said simply as she moved to the bed and sat down picking up her underwear as she did "several months ago i was taken by the registers they took me and Caim, me they branded and injected with some drug" she picked up her top but paused looking down at the floor.

"I'm sorry..." he murmured, going to his closet getting himself some clothes out to wear.

Dressing Rachel said nothing she wondered did he understand that the drug had made her loose her control for a while to the point even Logan couldn't hold her.

Josh put on new boxers and pants, and a hoodie. "Are you ready?" he asked her.

she turned to face him "I guess" she said softly doing up her last button on her now dry shirt.

Josh smiled. "Okay, let's get going." he said, opening the door for her.

Rachel paused looking at the outside world then at Josh, she had been happy in this room her mind now calm stepping back out meant returning to return to turmoil and stress she looked at Josh she was now scared.

Josh kissed her on the cheek gently. "We have to go, we can't live in here forever." he smiled.

Rachel felt him kiss her on her cheek she moved to hold him taking a deep breath she spoke "ok, as long as I keep you in my mind " she said now with a small smile

He smiled back. "And I'll keep you in mind."

Rachel kissed him one last time before still holding his hand moving to the door and back to the car.

Josh followed her, opening the passengers door for her, before getting in the driver's side.

Rachel sat down she glanced across at where he sat she wanted to hold him again but knew she couldn't and contained her self with just watching him.

Josh pulled out and they drove towards the school.

i drove down the road in my bike when i see Josh the new kid and Rachel in his car Rachel looking slightly down at something "hey kid, everything ok, not that im bothers" i add

Josh almost jumped when he saw Logan. "Uh, yeah. Everything is fine."

i look at him then to Rachel "she looks like she's not had a good day" i say turning back to face him "women what can you do" i say chewing on my cigar

Josh chuckled. "Yeah, what can you do? Well, we're off to school."

I chuckle but catch a fait wif of Josh on Rachel my borw furrows but i say nothing "well im of to the bar , see ya kid" i sped off down the road.

Josh nods, as he starts driving again. "Phew, that was close..." he sighed.
